Brief Introduction to
Keemun Golden Needle Tea

Keemun Golden Needle Tea, grown in a high-altitude area, is considered to be one of the world’s finest tea. It’s completely composed of downy, almost tiny golden and black tips. The delightful dry leaf aroma is woody and lightly floral, with a hint of chocolate. These fuzzy-tipped tea leaves produce the most extraordinarily bright, eye-catching cup. Its honey-sweet flavor is full-bodied, round and brimming with smooth notes of apple blossoms, apricots, buttery, baked yams and chocolate. The long-lasting aftertaste has exquisite notes of tobacco and bittersweet chocolate. Like any true self drinker, this lusciously rich, fantastically nuanced tea is at its pinnacle when drunk without milk or sugar. The brewed Keemun Golden Needle Tea shows bright brownish red young buds with one or two small leaves, very consistent and even. When touched with finger, the leaves are thick, soft and elastic.
